March 2017 - Natural Skincare
This month we explore the benefits of practicing gentle, natural skincare. Clear and healthy skin starts from the inside out, so first activate your liver’s ability to rid the body of toxins with a daily dose of Dandelion Leaf tincture. Next, cleanse and purify with Urban Cabin’s vegan soap bars and slather thirsty skin with a Castor oil salve. Add a final touch of refreshment with a DIY facial spritz and finally, address any stubborn blemishes or irritations with a concentrated oil spot treatment.

Healthy skin starts from the inside out. A healthy liver and regular digestive flow contribute greatly to your bodies ability to rid itself of toxins. Oftentimes, skin irritations are a result of your body system’s inability to properly cleanse- resulting in acne, rashes, and all sorts of irritations. Ingest 2 dropperfuls 2x daily. High in minerals, take as a supportive tonic for gentle liver cleanse. May be taken directly under the tongue or diluted in liquid.
