Lemon Balm vinegar extract

This multi-functional herbal vinegar is a lovely reminder of the Spring season to come. Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) produces aromatic leaves that are antidepressant, antiviral, lightly sedative and generally lift the mood. Their medicine can aid in alleviating nervous tension, headaches, and upset stomach. Also supports the skin and gut with its carminative and digestive properties (helping the body successfully eliminate foods and gas.) It’s light, citrus taste not only makes this vinegar a pleasant daily medicine, but can also be added to culinary recipes as a general healthy ingredient. A general daily dosage if taken directly under the tongue (or diluted in water) would be 2 dropperfuls, 2x daily. If adding to your favorite Spring salad dressings or marinades, use as you would any culinary vinegar. Use this medicine to help balance out pesky tension or round out a delicious home cooked meal. The fresh Lemon Balm leaves used in this extraction are straight from the Terra Luna garden :-)
