At-home nasal steam helpful for congestion caused by allergies, seasonal changes, and cold/flu. To use, add heaping spoonful of dried herbs to boiling water, return to boil then remove from heat and cover for five minutes. Place towel over your head, hover face over steaming pot, gently breathe in herbal steam. Repeat as needed until congestion is relieved.
